Non-use of the cash register threatens to suspend operations for up to 90 days

For non-use of cash registers, entrepreneurs face administrative suspension. This is warned by the Federal Tax Service of the Arkhangelsk region and the Nenets Autonomous Region.

The department notes that for the repeated commission of the offense in the form of non-use of the cash register, the court sentenced one of the entrepreneurs in the region to administrative suspension of activity for a period of 30 days.

Experts of the tax service recall that administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days in respect of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, disqualification for a period of one year to two years in relation to officials are provided for in part 3 of article 14.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Such a penalty shall be applied for repeated non-use of cash registers if the amount of settlements is one million rubles or more.
