The first project proposes to establish a separate basis of responsibility for employers that prohibit personnel from changing the bank to which money is transferred. It is plannig to punish with a warning or a fine for this violation. For officials, the fine will be 10-20 thousand rubles, for legal entities – 30-50 thousand rubles.
The second project gives companies more time to replace the salary bank at the request of employees. Employees will be required to provide new bank details no later than 15 calendar days prior to the day the salary is paid. For today it is necessary to notify the employer no later than five working days. The extension of the terms will help companies manage to process applications for a change of bank.
Recall that workers still have the right to choose a salary bank and replace it at their discretion. The authors of the projects hope that employers will stop ignoring this rule and impose certain variants of credit organizations on the staff.
