State Duma deputy Andrei Isaev said that it can be introduced norms in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation that oblige employers to reward employees morally and financially.
The parliamentarian explained that the introduction of social amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation regarding guarantees of protecting the dignity of citizens and respect for their work will require further clarification of federal legislation, including the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
“All of them should be further enshrined in the Labor Code. In particular, a norm should appear that will oblige employers to create forms of moral and material incentives for workers” – said Andrei Isaev.
The deputy specified that the forms of moral and material incentives can be letters of appreciation, letters of honor, letters of recommendation of the employer, additional days of rest, etc.
